Tom Bigansky is the founder and managing broker of North Village Realty, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage representing property owners across Long Island. Specializing in seller representation, Tom leads investment sales across retail, mixed-use, office, multi-family, industrial, and development properties — handling each transaction personally so clients work directly with the firm's principal from valuation through closing.

Tom's path into commercial real estate is what sets him apart. He holds both a Bachelor's in Accounting and a Master's in Taxation from Binghamton University's School of Management and passed all four parts of the CPA exam — credentials he sharpened during his time at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Manhattan and Grassi & Co. in Jericho before transitioning into commercial real estate full-time. That financial foundation shapes how every property is underwritten, positioned, and negotiated, giving sellers a broker who thinks like the institutional buyers across the table.
