Tom Bigansky

FOUNDER & MANAGING BROKER

As the managing broker and founder of North Village Realty, Tom personally oversees each transaction, meaning clients work directly with the firm’s top decision-maker.

Specializing in seller representation, Tom leads investment sales across Long Island and Queens, with expertise spanning retail, mixed-use, office, multi-family, industrial, and development properties.

Tom holds both a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Master’s in Taxation from Binghamton University’s School of Management. He also passed all four parts of the CPA exam, bringing a unique financial acumen to his real estate practice. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Tom worked at nationally recognized accounting firms PricewaterhouseCoopers in Manhattan and Grassi & Co. in Jericho.

Driven by a passion for sales and premier client service, he transitioned into real estate, where he has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and results.

Tom was named to Long Island Business News (LIBN)'s 2024 Emerging Leaders Under 30 and featured in the New York Real Estate Journal (NYREJ)'s 2020 Ones to Watch spotlight, recognizing his growing impact in the commercial real estate space.
