Baldwin’s Former Bank of America Sells for $2.48 Million

North Village Realty’s Tom Bigansky represented JAG Law Group, a personal injury law firm, in its $2.48 million acquisition of the former Bank of America property at 2300 Grand Avenue in Baldwin, Nassau County.

The two-story commercial property sits outside the Best Buy shopping center in Baldwin. Long Island Business News reported that the buyer plans to renovate the building, occupy the first floor, and lease the second floor. The law firm is relocating from Freeport.

The transaction illustrates the opportunity to reposition a former bank property for a new owner-user. It adds to North Village Realty’s work with commercial properties along Long Island’s South Shore.
